5. AI Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
- Outputs do not constitute professional advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs
6. Intellectual Property
- The platform and underlying technology are owned by WavoLabs AI Private Limited
- You retain ownership of your inputs
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use outputs
7. Payments (If Applicable)
- Subscription fees and billing terms will be defined separately
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Misuse or abuse is detected
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WavoLabs AI Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any).

We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with the platform.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
